1. We photograph dogs and cats of all ages. Don’t worry if your pet is energetic, nervous or unpredictable around new places. We always take time at the beginning to get to know everyone and plan your session. This gives your dog or car a good way to settle in before we get started taking your portraits.

2. We encourage you to bring your dog or cat’s favorite treats or toys — anything that makes them feel at home and helps us to capture who they really are.

3. Because we block out our entire studio exclusively for you and your pet, we ask every client for a temporary holding deposit of $150 (+ tax) which is 100% fully refunded to you as long as you show up. We do this simply to protect your time and ours.

4. After you book your appointment, we will send you detailed information on everything — directions, what to bring, how to prepare your dog or cat, and what to expect — so we can create the most beautiful portrait possible.
