Confirmation Fee or Portrait Session Deposit
We are a small boutique business with limited capacity and therefore depend to a very high degree on our appointment times being filled. Failure to “not show” for any appointment has a huge impact on us as a business, and we ask you to please respect this. This means we do require a confirmation fee to secure your photography session booking. Please note that weekends are most in demand.
The confirmation fee is refunded on the day of your portrait and viewing session.
Failure to “not show” for any appointment automatically converts the confirmation fee into studio credit.
Appointment can be rescheduled with two or more weeks notice of your scheduled photography session date and time, and this will not affect your confirmation fee.
Appointments rescheduled within two weeks of your scheduled photography session date and time will automatically turn your confirmation fee into studio credit.
Any appointment canceled after three days of securing your photography session date and time will automatically convert the confirmation fee into a studio credit.
Should the photography session be cancelled for any reason, then a 7% administrative service fee shall be charged, for any refund.
In case of session cancellation or re-schedule, the offer expires 21 days after the original session appointment date. If new session date cannot be found within 21 days, then the confirmation fee is forfeited.
Product Orders
All orders made at the studio during your portrait viewing are non-refundable. Once you have ordered your product, the studio will immediately begin working on your order.
Most orders are ready for collection within six to eight weeks after placing the order at the studio. Any exception can be due to high demand calendar months and other unique exceptions can apply.
Any digital files included in a print order are only delivered on the same day as an order pickup from the studio, or on the day the order is shipped out to your chosen address.
Promotions and Giveaways
Only one promotional, giveaway or discount can be used at one session.
Only one person per household can enter or win a promotion or giveaway.
Promotions, giveaways, discounts or print credit cannot be combined at any session or any other promotion, or giveaway.
Any promotion, giveaway, discount or print credit can only be used at your viewing and ordering appointment.
Any promotion, or giveaway cannot be redeemed for cash.
Any promotion, or giveaway has no cash value.
All promotions, or giveaways are for McCormack & Co Photography studio services and studio products only.
All promotions, or giveaways are for weekdays, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only.
All promotions, or giveaways require a $150 (plus tax = $160.88) booking reservation fee to secure the clients place in our calendar. This is fully refunded at the clients ordering appointment unless the client fails to attend, or the client cancels within 10 days of their appointment. The booking reservation fee can also be used as credit towards any studio product purchase at the ordering appointment.
